Description

In this second book of the Wellspring Farm series Great Aunt Nettie decides to raise hens.  She enlists the help of her great niece, Amber and Caleb, a new boy that has moved in across the creek.  While making preparations for the hens; she helps a neighbor with a rescue horse, defends the house from a mouse invasion, and tries to mollify the gnomes that have gone on a rampage.
